What can 4-H offer afterschool programs?
4-H Afterschool is a special focus area within the California 4-H Youth Development Program. 4-H partners with community youth serving agencies to support quality afterschool environments. 4-H provides support to afterschool programs in the following ways:
- Conducting staff development opportunities for afterschool line staff
- Providing research-based "hands on" curriculum
4-H School Enrichment Projects
The University of California Cooperative Extension 4-H Office of Sutter and Yuba Counties is pleased to offer excellent 4-H educational projects for your students free of charge from out lending library. We have several projects to choose from. All of these projects are FREE to you and we will deliver them directly to you and pick them up upon completion.
