Heather Montgomery

Hi my name is Heather Montgomery and I am the new UCCE Sutter-Yuba Climate Smart Agriculture Community Education Specialist. I am the first Climate Smart Agriculture Community Education Specialist in Sutter-Yuba. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Science with a Minor in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly).

I can provide technical assistance for farmers and ranchers in applying for the CDFA grants AMMP, SWEEP, and HSP. In addition to assisting with the application process I can also assist with the implementation process once awarded.
